成都大运会代表团团长春季会议明年2月召开

HoD Spring Meeting of Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games confirmed to be held in February next year

记者从成都大运会执委会获悉，因第31届世界大学生夏季运动会确定将于2022年6月26日至7月7日举行，经执委会多次与国际大体联讨论确定，作为大运会正式开赛前的一次大规模“预演”，成都大运会代表团团长春季会议将在2022年2月21日至2月25日召开，为期五天（含抵离）。

The reporter learned from the Executive Committee of the Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games, that since the 31st Summer WUG has been confirmed to be held from 26 June to 7 July, 2022, the Executive Committee has discussed and confirmed with FISU multiple times that the HoD Spring Meeting of Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games will be held from 21 to 25 February, 2022, for a period of five days (including arrival and departure) as a large-scale rehearsal before officially opening of Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games.

据执委会大运村部相关负责人介绍，成都大运会代表团团长春季会议原定在今年4月召开，在大运会举办日期正式确定后，团长春季会议时间也调整为明年2月。此次代表团团长春季会议与议程基本未做修改与调整，主要内容仍为对成都大运会筹备工作的一次赛前检验，如注册、住宿、交通、媒体运营等，同时还将进行场馆考察以及团体项目抽签。

According to an official from Athletes’ Village Department, the HoD Spring Meeting was originally scheduled in April this year. Since the date of the Chengdu FISU World University Games has been officially confirmed, the date for the HoD Spring Meeting has also been rescheduled to February next year. The agenda of the meeting hasn’t been revised or adjusted, which is essentially a pre-match test of the preparations for Chengdu FISU World University Games in terms of registration, accommodation, transportation, media operations, etc. Meanwhile, venue inspections and draw lots for team sports will also be conducted.

据介绍，按照与国际大体联前期讨论议定事项，执委会将在2021年8月发出代表表团团长春季会议邀请。希望各代表团留出参会时间，各代表团如有疑问，可通过官方邮箱（delegation_service@2021chengdu.com.）联系成都大运会执委会大运村部代表团服务处。

It is described that the invitations of the HoD Spring Meeting will be sent in August 2021 by the Executive Committee, in accordance with the agreed matter with FISU from early stage.
