记者从成都大运会执委会获悉，考虑当前全球疫情发展的不确定性，为最大限度保护各参会代表团的利益，确保全体参会代表团团长及其他有关人员的安全和健康，经执委会与国际大体联研究决定，成都第31届世界大学生夏季运动会代表团团长春季会议于2022年2月28日以线上模式召开，会期一天，分三个时段集中展示，各时段会议内容一致。

会议期间，成都大运会执委会将向全体参会国家（地区）大学生体育联合会（NUSF）全面介绍大运会最新筹备情况，对医疗、出入境、反兴奋剂、竞赛、场馆、注册抵离、财务、交通、住宿餐饮、代表团服务等业务政策程序进行讲解。抽签仪式由国际大体联在瑞士组织实施。具体相关事宜将另行商定告知。

Heads of Delegation Meeting of the Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games to be Held Online

Given the uncertainty brought by COVID-19, FISU and the Executive Committee of the Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games have decided to host the Heads of Delegation Meeting (HoD Meeting) online on 28 February 2022 to protect the interests of all participating delegations to the maximum extent and ensure the safety and health of all the heads of participating delegations and other relevant personnel. The HoD Meeting will last for one day and consist three repeated sessions, all having the same content. During the meeting, the Executive Committee of the 2021 FISU WUG will introduce recent preparations for the 2021 FISU WUG to the participating NUSFs, and explain policies and procedures concerning medical services, exit and entry, doping control, competition, venues, accreditation, arrival and departure, finance, transportation, accommodation, food and beverage, delegation services and other functional areas. The team draw will be held by FISU in Switzerland separately, and the specific matters will be discussed and informed later.
