According to the unified arrangement by the Organizing Committee of 2014 Chengdu Creativity & Design Week, this collection activity will be undertaken by Chengdu Broadcasting & TV Station which will set a Panda Painting Collection Office (hereinafter referred to as “PPCO”) to take charge of the collection, selection and popularization of panda painting works.
