The execution institute will not return any bidding work or document. The applicant shall keep his/her own manuscript;

The copyright of the bidding work shall be protected by Chinese laws. The ownership of intellectual properties of the bidding works shall be subject to the relevant agreements in the Rules and the Commitment of the Creator for the Panda Painting Works Collection.

The award-winning works shall be reserved by the Organizing Committee. The ownership of the bidding works shall be enjoyed by the Organizer without compensation, and the copyright shall be owned by the creator.

All the bidding works will be reserved by the Organizing Committee. An agreement of amplification shall be signed voluntarily with the creator if later amplification is necessary.
