Any work delivered by email or mail after the deadline shall be considered as disqualified. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to any bidding work due to delayed mailing, lost or damaged or mistaken delivery, theft or any other reason not caused by the Organizer.

Once an application is made, the applicant shall be considered to have accepted all the clauses in the Rules and relevant documents which are published in both Chinese and English.

The Organizing Committee and Organizer reserve the right of final explanation of all the documents (including the Rules) of this activity. Any unsettled issue related to this activity shall be further specified and explained by Organizing Committee or Organizer.

No participating charge will be collected for this activity. And the packages and transportation charges for the bidding works shall be covered by the applicants. The Organizing Committee and Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to any bidding work due to delayed mailing, loss or any other reason not caused by the Organizer.

This activity is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
