The creator shall deliver the electronic registration form, picture of the bidding work, individual phone, scanned copy of ID card (passport) to the designated address by the Organizing Committee before September 5, 2014. In case of multi-work application, the pictures and notes shall be clearly matched; in case of installation work application, there shall be a clear installation drawing (all the relevant electronic pictures sent to the email address shall be higher than 300 dpi). The registration form shall be completed without any omission. And for any foreign applicant, the form shall be completed with both Chinese and English, subject to Chinese in case of any dispute. Any delayed submission shall be rejected.

There are three contribution methods:

The first one is to send your work to the email address: panda@cditv.tv.

The second one is to deliver your work (printed documents or CD) to the activity execution institution by registered post or EMS; as the delivery time will be identified by the stamped date, this activity will not accept any other courier form except the aforesaid ones.

The third one is to deliver your work to PPCO in person during 9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday (except the national holidays.

The delivery time shall be subject to the receiving stamp date of the local post office of PPCO for mailing; the signing date for receiving for in-person delivery; and sending time for email submission.
