All the applicants for this collection activity shall strictly abide by the following confidentiality requirements:

The applicant shall strictly execute the following confidentiality obligations of the work itself (and its creativity) during work creation and when submitting his work to the execution institute. The period to execute the following confidentiality obligations shall starts from work creation and ends when the voting result of this activity is published.

To execute the confidentiality obligations by the applicant means to never disclose the bidding work itself (and its creativity) to any other person (except PPCO and any execution institution and internal working institution as designated by PPCO) during the aforesaid confidentiality period.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to cancel the voting qualification of the work submitted by any applicant who goes against the aforesaid confidentiality obligations during this activity.

The Organizing Committee and Organizer reserve the right to claim the applicant whose failure to abide by the aforesaid confidentiality obligations may cause any loss to the Organizing Committee or Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right of the final explanation of whether the applicant goes against the aforesaid confidentiality obligations.
